Celebrations & Traditions.

At GAVGO, we believe shared experiences build a strong company culture. Every month, we plan something different—whether it’s a meal out, Go-Karting, climbing Snowdon, or a trip to Alton Towers. We also celebrate big milestones, from our annual work do to attending the Mother & Baby Awards in London for the past two years. These moments break up the usual office routine, bringing different teams together and making sure there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Team Dynamics.

Everyone at GAVGO, we all work towards a shared vision while also focusing on our own individual goals. Every department collaborates to drive the company forward, with the freedom to decide how and when to meet, ensuring teamwork happens in a way that works best for everyone. While collaboration is key, we also encourage individual growth, giving everyone the space to develop their own skills and pathways. It’s a balance that keeps us moving forward—both as a team and as individuals.
Work-life Balance.

We know that work is just one part of life, which is why we offer free gym memberships to support physical health and flexible hours so everyone can structure their day in a way that suits them—whether that means starting later, finishing earlier, or taking a longer lunch to fit in a workout. On top of that, our regular team events and socials help bring balance to the workweek, making sure there’s plenty of time to unwind, connect, and enjoy life outside of work.
Work Environment.

Our office is a relaxed, comfortable, and positive space designed for both productivity and wellbeing. There’s no strict dress code—everyone’s free to dress how they feel most comfortable while working. For times when you need a change of scenery, we have a Zen Room filled with greenery for a more peaceful, focused environment. There are also breakout areas away from desks, perfect for taking a break or working from a different perspective.
