We're looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to own paid advertising for BABYGO®, one of our multi-award-winning brands, and help drive its international growth. You'll run campaigns across Google and Amazon, scale budgets across regions, and work closely with the wider team — from creative to market strategy.

What you’ll do
- Plan, launch and optimise full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads and Amazon Ads — Shopping, Search, PMax, Display, Video and Demand Gen.
- Own and scale budgets of £50k+ a month efficiently across multiple regions.
- Run keyword research, competitor analysis and performance audits to find the next gain.
- Track performance in GA4 and Excel, and turn it into clear, actionable reporting for the team and senior stakeholders.
- Spot trends, test new ideas, and push ROAS up continually.
- Work with the creative team on ad copy and visuals that stay on-brand and convert.
- Align every campaign with the wider commercial goals, adapting as the competitive landscape shifts.
- Build dashboards that make spend, ROAS and campaign health tell a story at a glance.
