As a Customer Experience Advisor you'll deliver high-quality support via email, live chat and telephone for OnlineRadioCodes.co.uk, the world's number one car radio decoding specialist, making sure every customer has a smooth, efficient and positive experience from first enquiry through to resolution.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, so you need to communicate clearly, listen actively, and respond professionally and promptly — upholding the company's trusted reputation. Full training is provided, with real scope to progress into our other GAVGO brands.
What you’ll do
- Handle customer enquiries via email, live chat, phone and review platforms (e.g. Trustpilot).
- Guide customers through retrieving radio serial numbers for various vehicle brands.
- Liaise with internal systems and teams to obtain radio unlock codes.
- Process telephone orders, payments and refunds where required.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve issues professionally.
- Contribute to maintaining excellent Trustpilot ratings.
- Feed back to management on recurring customer trends or issues.
